OAuth2 base server

Utility functions for OAuth2 server deploy. This library provide the data models, middleware and controller to to implement and OAuth2 custom server.

The package is developed with the aim of being used in conjunction with the rest of the packages of the platform, but it don't restrict use it as standalone package.
