Discovery web component linting configuration

Run the following to get started

Change scoped org from @jlamarr22 to @discovery once people signoff

> npm install --save-dev eslint
> npm install --save-dev @discovery/eslint-config-discovery

> yarn add --dev eslint
> yarn add --dev @discovery/eslint-config-discovery

Add the following to your .eslintrc or .eslintrc.json

}

Add a script to your package.json for linting
