Running an Open Wallet Stack

First, be advised that storing a blockchain requires a lot of space! Only proceed if you have at least 500G of available disk space (per blockchain)

Please install Docker for your platform.

Once Docker is installed and running, you will be able to pull and run OWS public images from Docker Hub. The easiest way to do this on your local machine is with docker-compose, which should be installed with Docker.

Running examples with docker-compose

There are examples in the examples directory. Clone this repo or otherwise copy these example docker-compose.yml files to your machine. Then, from within the same directory as the docker-compose.yml file, run the command:

docker-compose up

This will start all of the processes required for the services in that example. To stop, press ctrl+C, or:

docker-compose down
