Very simple script watchdog. Auto-restart script when crashed

CMD Args

• --script [SRCIPT] - Specify the desired script, otherwise (nmp run)
• --wait [MS] - Delay in milliseconds before starting, after stopping the script.
• --cmd - If used, a small log will be displayed
