= BackboneIO

This module allow you to reuse the same Backbone.js model between the client and the server (Node.js) and synchronize them with socket.io. This solution is built on top of Backbone.iobind (http://alogicalparadox.com/backbone.iobind/). BackboneIO extend the Backbone module and provide a BackboneIO.sync function that communicate with socket.io instead of using HTTP methods. The BackboneIO.Model has default functions to update or delete a Model. The BackboneIO.Collection has default functions to create a Model or read a Collection.

== Install

For the server just type :

npm install backboneio

or via git repository :

npm install git://github.com/MiLk/backboneio.git

For the client you need to copy the files backbone.js and backboneio.js in your javascript directory. Then put this code in your HTML :

<script src="/js/backbone.js"></script>
<script src="/js/backboneio.js"></script>

== Use

A basic example is available in sample directory.
