Launch your preferred browser in full-screen mode from the Terminal. Currently Mac OS X only, patches welcome.
Install Node.js, then run
$ npm install -g browse
Mac / Linux users may need to run the above with
Four conveniece commands are installed:
Google Chrome Canary
$ ca <options> <url>
Canary will be launched in Presentation Mode. See here for the full list of command line options. Stdio is discarded.
