Celtics

A utility module that aggregating useful functions and modules.

I created this module because:

• Some old modules don't maintain anymore
• Some packages have bugs in the latest version but don't accept the pull request
• I would like to add some new features that will not accept on PR in the existing modules
• Revamp some of the modules in typescript to practice my type annotation skill
