Run :CocInstall coc-jira-cplt

1. Run :CocConfig and add the following keys:

   "j.url": "<URL for your JIRA workspace, w/o trailing slash>",
   "j.user": "<Your JIRA account email>",
   "j.password": "<Your JIRA Password>"

2. Run :CocRestart to reload extension with new config
