Adds a check box to the embed link page that toggles between a normal domain and an onion address.

Requires at least Etherpad lite version 1.2.5 and the following added to your settings.json:

"ep_onion_embedlinks":{  
  "domain": "slackpad.org",  
  "onion": "wnxb3hyl6ahavpfh.onion"  
}

With your own domain and onion address, of course.
