NES

NES is a Node.js blogging engine based on Express and Swig, that uses JSON files to store posts.

To install NES, either run

npm install -g nes

or

git clone git@github.com/jmcelwain/nes.git

Posts are stored in JSON format in the posts directory. They should be numbered geometrically, with your first post being 1.json and each subsequent post adding 1 to the file name (2.json, 3.json, 4.json etc.)

Posts look like this:

{
    "id":1,
    "title":"Hello World",
    "text":"hello world"
}

Where ID is the same as the post file's name, title is your posts' title and text is the main body of the post. In the future there will be date and tag support, as well as a search feature
