Send Pyxis events to Amazon SQS

Currently asset creation, asset update, and asset archive are being sent to SQS.

Be sure to setup your .env file to include AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, AWS_DEFAULT_REGION, and SQS_URL. You can copy the variables from the .env.sample file in this module into the .env file in Pyxis.
