Rupert Plugin: Mongo

Provides binding to a Mongo database. When Rupert starts, a connection to Mongo will be attached to rupertApp.mongo. The plugin can also expose REST routes to /api/v1/:collection/:id?, as well as REST routes to Mongoose schema.
