sleepy-bot
sleepy-bot is a slack bot to poke your colleague to check whether he/she is sleeping.
Installation
- Visit https://YOUR-SLACK-NAME.slack.com/apps/new/
- Give a name to your bot, e.g.
sleepy-bot, then next - In API Token, copy the
API Token - Install sleepy-bot by
npm install -g sleepy-bot - Run it
SLACK_TOKEN="YOUR_API_TOKEN" sleepy-bot
Usage
Simply talk to the sleepy-bot as:
wake @somebody
The sleepy bot sends private message to the user you poke and wait for his/hears response.
If he/she does not response to the sleepy bot for 1 minutes, you get a private message from the sleepy bot to tell you he/she is sleeping LoL.
