This branch makes modifications documented in https://github.com/milewise/node-soap/issues/143 that allow the soap-js branch to work with Cascade Server by Hannon Hill.

- propagate namespace in SOAP Envelope
- correctly encode arrays from JSON arguments
- reorder arguments to match WSDL before sending (added with version 0.1.0 - disable in lib/normalize.js by uncommenting line near end of file)

version 0.1.1 fixes structured data node issues allowing pages with data definitions to be edited. Also strips out empty arguments before sending.
