Ensure you've installed Node.js and Tailwind CSS before TailGrids NPM package. Here's a quick guide to get you started with Tailgrids:

1. Install the TailGrids NPM package:

npm i tailgrids

2. Add the TailGrids plugin to your tailwind.config.js file:
