A minimal version of TotalCross CLI

1. Install with npm:

$ npm install --global totalcross-cli

2. For the first time, please:

$ totalcross register

3. Please, login to access another commands:

$ totalcross login

4. Create a new project:

$ totalcross create && cd HelloWorld

5. Build your app:

$ totalcross package

6. Deploy (-linux_arm feature):

$ totalcross deploy
