This is a Polymer 3 conversion of the google-chart element from GoogleWebComponents (https://github.com/GoogleWebComponents/google-chart) with some minor adjustments. The readme was not updated and is still the one from the original paper-expansion-panel element! Nowadays, the original google-chart is available as element for Polymer 3 and as LitElement and is probably a better choice than this package.
