We have moved this project on GitHub to node-amqp10, and on NPM to the much more appropriately named amqp10 package. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR REFERENCES ACCORDINGLY!

I'm sorry to do so, but it's early in the life of the project and is the only time such a rename will be possible, and NPM doesn't give any easy way to rename or even deprecate packages. sadface
