Javascript and CSS compiler for Platform-B

Based on Alex Maccaw's work on HEM Server for the Spine Framwork

The OPF Compiler is a key tool of Platform-b, it's main purpose is to compile Coffeescript and wrapper them in CommonJS Module Functions so they can be required in the Browser

OPF Compiler also concatenates libraries/dependencies of Javascript(Coffescript) and CSS(Less) as well as Templates(ECO)

OPF Compiler is used by Platform-b platform building process and by Platform-b Private Platform Development Compiling.
